Phi Sigma Sigma's motto is Diokete Hupsala, which translated from Greek means "Aim High."  We strive to do our best acedemically.  Our scholarship chair organizes study nights and study breaks throughout the semester, with extras scheduled around midterms and finals.  In addition, we have programs for buying and selling books within the chapter, grouping sisters with the same majors for help outside of the classroom, and rewarding sisters who excell academically.
